A female pedestrian was recently hospitalized with serious injuries after she was struck by a vehicle in the Milwaukee area, FOX 6 reported on January 21.
Reports said the accident happened at the Wells Street and 17th Street intersection at around 11:00 p.m. The victim, only identified as a 25-year-old female graduate student of Marquette University, reportedly was crossing Wells Street when she was struck by a vehicle that did not stop. Recorded images from a surveillance camera described the involved vehicle. Milwaukee authorities are currently searching for a silver or gray Chevy Lumina that may have some damages caused by the hit and run accident.
