What if the other driver does not have insurance?

by Administrator 2. December 2009 05:46

Car accidents occur every day. When an accident happens, most drivers hope the other driver has insurance.

While carrying car insurance for all drivers is required by law, some drivers do not carry car insurance. They often drive without insurance because they cannot afford insurance premiums or believe they do not drive enough to justify the costs.

When the other driver does not have insurance, then driver with insurance may be forced to rely on his or her own insurance company or pay for the expenses out of his or her own pocket.

If you or anyone you know has been involved in a car accident with a driver who does not have insurance, contact the Appleton car accident insurance lawyers of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
