An Appleton man was killed in a single-car acciden Sunday. According to police reports, the man was traveling down the road when his vehicle crossed the center line, lost control, and flipped into a utility pole. 

While the man was killed in the accident, the woman riding in his vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. At this time, police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
