Appleton OSHA investigates chemical accident

The Appleton OSHA office is beginning an investigation of a Schofield chemical accident. The investigation will try to determine what caused the accident and whether it could have prevented.

The accident caused an employee to fall into a hot salt bath, resulting in serious burn injuries. Two others were injured  because of excessive smoke inhalation.
