What if your car accident was caused by flying debris?

by Administrator 22. April 2010 01:25

One of the dangers of driving down the highway is flying debris. This debris can hit car windows, causing serious cracks and even leading to car accidents.

Debris can come from a variety of sources. For instance, the debris can include tree branches from the side of the road. It also can include trash from the back of a truck.

In some circumstances, if the debris is from another vehicle and indirectly causes a car accident, the injured driver may have cause to file a personal injury lawsuit against the driver of the vehicle.

If you or anyone you know has been in a car accident due to flying debris, contact the Appleton car accident attorneys of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.

These steps include pulling their vehicle to the side of the rode and staying in the vehicle. If possible, drivers should keep their lights on and avoid stopping in ditches. Taking these steps should reduce the chances of being involved in a fog-related car accident.
