A woman died after falling from the second story of a home last week. According to police reports, the balcony from where the woman fell did not have a balcony. 

Investigators have not yet determined whether the fall was an accident. However, investigators have not found evidence that the woman was pushed.

A crash involving a semi truck and a car occurred Tuesday afternoon in Shawano County. Just before 4pm, the car was crossing State 29 and was struck by an oncoming semi.

An elderly couple occupied the car at the time of the crash. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was uninjured. Police are still investigating the crash.

Over the weekend, an ATV crash occurred in the Town of Lakewood. The 18 year old rider went off Peek Road and struck a tree around 8pm on Saturday night.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene when authorities showed up. The Oconto County Sheriff's Department is currently investigating the crash. There was no other information available.

On Saturday night, a crash occurred involving a motorcycle and a car. The crash occurred at the intersection of Outagamie County S and North Water St around 9:15pm.

The motorcycle rider was air lifted to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah where he died  Sunday afternoon. The driver of the car suffered only minor injuries and her passenger was uninjured.

In the Town of Sheldon, Monroe County, a man was killed in a tractor incident. The man became trapped between a tractor and a piece of farming equipment that was being set up at the time.

A woman was driving the tractor at the time and backed over the man, killing him. The Monroe County Sheriff's Department has not released any other information about the incident.

Onita Bennett has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Pine Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers after the death of her husband. Bennett claims that the negligence of the physicians and staff led to the numerous falls and injuries that her late husband sustained during his time at the nursing home. Bennett claims that the falls that her husband took would not have happened if he had been properly supervised by the nursing home staff.
