Boy nearly dies in Waukesha swimming pool accident

A situation nearly turned deadly at an apartment complex swimming pool in Waukesha, according to a Fox 6 article on July 17.

According to reports, at about 6:30 a.m. authorities were notified of a near-drowning incident at an apartment complex on Kensington Drive involving an 8-year-old boy. Diana Warchol narrated that her son David Rivera, 14, saw the boy submerged in the water for a few minutes. David reportedly pulled the boy out from the water and attempted to administer CPR to expel the water from the boy. The boy was resuscitated before responding crews brought him to the hospital.
