OSHA cites County Materials Corp. for unsafe work environment

On March 3 the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) cited a cement supplier in Marathon County for violating safety measures.

OSHA started investigating County Materials Corp. in September after a truck driver’s foot was crushed by heavy equipment. County Materials Corp. has recently been fined with 18 serious safety violations involving heavy equipment. County Materials Corp. was given 15 days to make a counter action in the face of a $56,700 fine.
