Hearing on Sexual Assault Charges Waived by Therapist

Posted under Uncategorized

Massage therapist James S. Storm from Menasha is facing charges of sexual assault after two women filed complaints against him claiming they were sexually assaulted during massage sessions in Appleton.

Storm, 41, will undergo trial next month on third and fourth degree sexual assault charges filed against him in Outagamie County Court. Police reported that a 16-year-old girl complained Storm touched her genitals and breast during a massage session in April. While Storm said the contact was accidental, another woman also complained on November that she was sexually touched by Storm, according to complaints.

Storm has waived his right to an initial hearing and he is free of custody after posting a $10,000 cash bond.
