Posted under Auto Accidents

Last night in the Town of Albion, two people traveling on a motorcycle were injured when they veered off of the road.

A 44-year-old motorcyclist and his 43-year-old female passenger were traveling on Hillside Road around 9 p.m by the Hickory Hills Campground. The motorcyclist lost control of his bike while driving on a curve in the road, and ultimately crashed.

Paramedics arrived on the scene, and immediately transported the female passenger to a hospital by helicopter to be treated for life-threatening injuries. The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. Police announced that neither of the individuals injured in the accident were wearing helmets at the time of the crash.
