Appleton woman was traveling west on Franklin Street and ran a red light,
causing the crash. The minivan collided with a black sport utility vehicle
that was traveling south on Division Street.

According to the accident report, the force of the impact
caused the sport utility vehicle to rollover. The 31 year-old female driver
sustained non life-threatening injuries in the accident. She was transported by
ground ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.

The 66 year-old woman told police she received a cell phone
call just before running the red light.
