What if your car accident was caused by flying debris?

Posted on Thursday, April 22nd, 2010 at 1:25 am

One of the dangers of driving down the highway is flying debris. This debris can hit car windows, causing serious cracks and even leading to car accidents.

Debris can come from a variety of sources. For instance, the debris can include tree branches from the side of the road. It also can include trash from the back of a truck.

In some circumstances, if the debris is from another vehicle and indirectly causes a car accident, the injured driver may have cause to file a personal injury lawsuit against the driver of the vehicle.

The dangers and risks of injury at concerts and music festivals

Posted on Friday, April 16th, 2010 at 4:42 am

Concerts and music festivals give people the opportunity to get together and enjoy listening to the music they love. However, concerts and music festivals also present a risk of serious injury.

Given the large number of people typically in a small space, concerts pose the risk that people may run into each other or collide with some part of the stage. In some cases, these accidents can lead to injuries like broken bones, which could keep people out of work.

To prevent such injuries, concert goers could stay out of overly crowded spaces and wear shoes that give them support. They should also keep themselves hydrated and avoid overeating.
