Woman Killed in Crash

On Saturday afternoon, a crash occurred in the Town of Union involving two vehicles. The crash happened at Door County DK near Pleasant Ridge Rd shortly before it was reported at 5:51pm.

One woman died and three others were injured in the crash. The woman was a passenger in one of the vehicles. Police are investigating the accident. The cause is not known.

Fiery Semi Crash Injures 2

Early Monday morning, a crash occurred involving a semi truck and a mobile crane. The semi rear ended the crane while entering I-43 South. It then struck the median barrier and traveled about 600 feet before coming to a rest and bursting into flame.

Two men were in the semi at the time of the crash. They were pulled out just before the fire started and were taken to St Vincent's Hospital for treatment. The driver of the crane was not injured.

Family Escapes Fiery Crash

On Sunday, an SUV was involved in a fiery crash in Milwaukee. The SUV went off road and struck a tree, bursting into flames. A group of bystanders helped the woman and her two children escape the wreckage.

The woman passed her 2 year old out of the top of the vehicle. She then went out the windshield after it was busted in. Her 4 year old son was pulled out by the bystanders as well. The boy was in critical condition Tuesday morning.

3 Injured in Crash

On Thursday morning, a two car crashed occurred in the Town of Brussels. At 7:54am, the two cars collided along Wisconsin 57 near County C when one driver failed to yield to the other.

The driver of the car that was struck did not required an ambulance but was injured. The other driver and her 14 year old sister were taken to the hospital. Their conditions were not released.

Bicycle Crash Injures Man

On Tuesday afternoon, a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle at Murdock and Jackson. The cyclist was westbound on Murdock around 1pm when the northbound car hit him in the intersection.

The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries. Police say the woman driving failed to yield the right of way and turned into the bicycle.

Lawnmower Injures 3 Year Old

On Saturday evening in the Town of Dale, a 3 year old boy was involved in an accident with a lawnmower. The boy had been riding in a trailer attached to the riding mower when he fell out and was run over.

The boy was taken to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah with severe lacerations to his face and arms. His injuries were considered life threatening, but no other information has been released.

Injuries Kill Crash Victim

A Waupaca man was injured in a motorcycle crash on June 18 when he was hit by a car. The crash occurred at the intersection of Western Ave and Fulton St in Waupaca.

After the crash, the man was transported to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah for treatment of his injuries. On Saturday, the man was pronounced dead as a result of those injuries.
