Charges Pending in Hit-and-Run Case

Posted under Uncategorized

Criminal charges are pending in the case of a hit-and-run accident in which a man caused an accident and then fled the scene.

The accident in question involves the 29-year-old driver of a pickup truck who turned in front of another car. The other car hit the truck. The driver of that car, who was 19, was seen at a nearby hospital. The driver of the truck left the scene of the accident.

The truck driver was later stopped by a state patrol person who arrested the driver. He was being held in a county jail pending criminal charges. The charges may include driving under the influence, criminal vehicular operation, and failure to stop at the scene of an accident.
